I thought that this would be fun to do with Katy. Who knows, maybe *one day* we might even get Katy to willingly eat some veggies this way!?! We're starting a new schedule as in we don't keep Elizabeth on Mondays, so Mondays are a little more low-key. So, without further ado, here is the Jones Family foray into Muffin Tin Monday muffin tin (try saying that ten times!)!!

Muffin Tin Mondays- First Muffin Tin!
While roaming the boards on Pinterest, I came across the concept of Muffin Tin meals. What are Muffin Tin meals, you ask? Well, according to the Muffin Tin Mom and originator of the idea of Muffin Tin Mondays, it's a meal or snack served to toddlers and children in a muffin tin. The purpose of serving food in muffin tins helps stimulate the senses, promotes portions/portion control, makes lunchtime fun and interesting for children.

Our first Muffin Tin Meal!
Our tin included (starting in the upper left, going clockwise) French Toast sticks, strawberries, milk, pepperoni, cut up cheese stick and homemade strawberry jelly to dip the French Toast sticks.
Katy checks out her lunch.
This is an after picture of Katy's Muffin Tin- looks like she enjoyed most of it (only the French Toast sticks and a few pieces of cheese were left)!
