Animal Confusion
Just within the past week, you've been making the connection between an animal and the sounds that it makes.
Me: "Katy, what does a puppy say?"
Katy: "Ruff!"
Me: "What does a cow say?"
Katy: "Moo!"
Me: "Katy, what does a ducky say?"
Katy: "Quack!"
Daddy: "Katy, what does a frog say?"
Katy: "Hi-ho!" (I kid you not, she really did say it!)
We don't quite understand what sounds a cat makes and we confuse squirrels for puppies. Also, "doggy" sounds like "ducky" so we usually say "Quack!" when asked what a "doggy" says instead of a puppy. Oh Well!
